Kimiro ("Kimiro," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of our users ("user" or "you"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy govern your access to and use of our platform. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. Access and Use of the Platform
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and our Fair Usage Policy, Kimiro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform for both personal and commercial purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the platform or its contents, any derivative use of the platform or its contents, or any use of data mining or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
Fair Usage Policy
All access and usage must remain within reasonable limits as defined under our Fair Usage Policy. Excessive, abusive, or automated use beyond those limits may result in suspension or termination of access.
Restrictions on Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
- Use the platform in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
- Transmit any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Kimiro, a Kimiro employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the platform, or which may harm Kimiro or users of the platform.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe that your account has been compromised, you must immediately notify Kimiro.
You are also responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to Kimiro is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You agree to promptly update your account information if any changes occur.
User-Generated Content
Ownership of User Content
You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Kimiro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the platform and Kimiro's business.
Prohibited Content
Kimiro reserves the right to remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful, objectionable, or inaccurate.
Google Workspace API Integration
Kimiro's platform may integrate with and utilize Google Workspace APIs to provide its services. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your use of Google Workspace data through Kimiro is subject to Google's API Services User Data Policy.
- Kimiro will access, use, store, and transfer Google user data only as necessary to provide and improve the services you request.
- You can revoke Kimiro's access to your Google data at any time through your Google account settings.
YouTube API Integration
By using Kimiro's platform you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. This binding applies to all features that utilize YouTube API Services.

YouTube API Services
Our platform integrates with YouTube API Services to enable video and channel data access. All YouTube data usage is subject to YouTube's Developer Policies and Terms of Service. Users accessing YouTube features through Kimiro must comply with YouTube's community guidelines and data usage policies.
Termination of Access
We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Kimiro and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Neither Kimiro nor its suppliers and licensors make any warranty that the platform will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the platform at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will Kimiro, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for:
- Any special, incidental, or consequential damages.
- The cost of procurement of substitute products or services.
- Interruption of use, loss of data, or loss of profits.
Kimiro shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Delaware for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
